c36a52f60b In ports.cgi, when indexing the INDEX file, track what we have found by 
using the port origin rather than the link to the port pkg-descr.  For
ports which are sub-ports of others (e.g. most pf te php5* ports) all
would have the same pkg-descr listed in the index and so we would only
show the last-found port, rather than all matching ports.

2e7186064b Both http://forums.FreeBSD.org and http://wiki.FreeBSD.org redirect to 
secure versions of the sites, so link to the secure version directly.
Note that for wiki links I have only fixed up key links in navbars etc,
there are a large number of other links but fixing them does not seem
worth the churn.

71f99b56b8 - Add 9.3-RELEASE and 9.3-stable paths. 
- Make 9.3-RELEASE the default, because it contains a few
  manual pages that are newer than 10.0-RELEASE (vt(4) in
  particular).
- Update 'freebsd-stable9' to 9.3.

It needs to live for debugging, while people ensure that their bugs are correct.
this has already caught issues.  Eventually it will turn into a proper redirect
for any old bugs, and a warning for newer IDs.

391471e01f Trailing newlines are stripped from any attachments to PRs. This is a problem 
commonly manifested by distinfo updates, where the file ends up without a
newline.  Newer versions of GNU patch also choke on such patches.

There is probably a more elegant solution than this, but given that GNATS
is not going to be with us for too long, we can rely on the behaviour of tools
to ignore any trailing newlines if they are added incorrectly [patch, shar].

Anyone who can show that adding extra newlines to attachments causes breakage

bee5d224fe Remove the ability to change the font size on the website. There are now 
much better ways of doing this in modern web browsers.  Furthermore, it
never worked as well as it should have done, as too much of the website is
built around fixed layouts.

It was felt it was best to remove the size switcher from all languages at
once, so that the infrastructure (styleswitcher.js etc.) could be removed
at the same time.

7ecfdedeab Consolidate multiple SVN menus into one now that the SVN repository 
contains source, doc, and ports.

Based on jgh's diff, but modifies both the static header and the CGI
program that generates the header for dynamic pages.
