d0e4ef4d14 I could need a bktr card for testing the MSP34xx driver further, e.g. 
improving SMP locking, or having 2 cards in one box.

1d1bcbc1d5 o Remove my entry for an Intel Tiger 4 (4-way Itanium 2) for core 
ia64 development.
o  Add an entry for a Supermicro SuperServer 2-way Itanium 2 to serve
   as a replacement for my Merced based prototype.
o  Add an entry for an IBM xSeries 450 (4-way Itanium 2) to serve as
   ia64 package build machine. The IBM specifically for its chipset.

0065d85902 Robert Watson addressed the issue of the proc locking being grabbed twice 
for each system call.  Drop it off the list since there really is no way
