592b9a0200 FreeBSD 7.4 is end-of-life, so remove it from the sidebar navigation.

001dbdf45d Update the Subversion Primer in the committers-guide: 
- Explains the current state of the svn exporter, specifically that
  it should be viewed as legacy, and will not remain forever.
- Drop the one and only reference to csup.
- Drop the inclusion of the CVSup trademark attribution, no longer
  required since r40063.

aaf51b5e94 Update the "internal" part of the website to: 
- Stop encouraging people to mirror the FreeBSD web site
- Update the instructions to use csup rather than cvsup
- Remove details for compiling cvsup
- Stop linking to pages which no longer contains info on cvsup
- Fix the instructions
- Remove incorrect info about how often the FreeBSD website updates.

This page can probably just be removed, but until then it can at least be
correct.

0adca5acd8 Remove the suggestion that we export the src and ports trees to CVS 
still - it's only partially true for src and no longer true for ports.

I initially reworded it to add the history here, but eventually
settled on simply removing the paragraph entirely as the extra
detail is no longer necessary, and certainly not necessary in what
is supposed to be a brief introduction to FreeBSD.

0348fc4ae5 Revert parts of r40985 for Usenet groups that are still alive. 
comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.misc still gets traffic, even if at a reduced
level, and comp.unix.questions is pretty alive too.  But instead of
reverting the changes and listing them in two places, one paragraph
now talks about both Usenet groups.

2dadf5a3c4 Remove 7.4 from the list of supported versions. 
Move 7-STABLE and 7.4 to the list of unsupported releases/version.

Mention that RELENG_7 is now a maintenance branch, mention that 7.4
is no longer officially supported.
