f5d82582c6 Use entities to declare heavily repeated paths. This simplifies sgml a bit 
and allows to not overflow 80char width formatting anymore.

ffb99ed588 Now we use people.freebsd.org for hosting people public_html directories,

92eb59888e Add text explaining new guidelines for the lifetimes of security 
branches.  `Early adopter' branches will be supported 6+ months,
`Normal' branches will be supported 12+ months, and `Extended'
branches will be supported 24+ months.

Mark RELENG_4_8 as an `Extended' support branch and extend its
Estimated EoL accordingly.

While here, also extend RELENG_5_2 through the end of 2004.

(I was reminded that RELENG_4_8 had expired a few days ago by
cperciva@.)

df467b1589 Cleanup web.site.mk for different leftovers. 
. remove unused (ever used?) docb -> html suffix transformation rule

. remove long time unused ${LOCAL}.  It's handled with ${DATA} now.

. extend comment to be more clear

. fail build if ORPHANS check failed.  I.e. fail as early as possible.

. remove DIRS_TO_CLEAN related workaround (unused since 2001)

. rewrite "cleandir" target to be more consistent with /usr/share/mk

. remove DOCSUBDIR related logic.  Last consumer of this logic (www/zh/FAQ)
  was converted to use new methods, so no need to leave this spam

PS: It removes more than 30% of actual logic of this makefile

bccf88484e Since FAQ's Makefile is now knows about web.site.mk, no need to declare 
it via DOCSUBDIR.  Use plain SUBDIR instead.

Also remove stale SGMLFLAGS leftovers
