ed3b6bc268 We point to broken CGI script which redirects to Amazon if working.

679c35d384 Work in progress - another batch update. Actual Translation 
work is now taking place and/or already translated items
are copied over if their context is still sufficient.

With that I try to "rely" a bit more on the Translation
Memory from poedit and use that to optimize the Translation
Memory further and give a bit more context or better wording
where appropriate.

bffce982e6 Update nl_NL.po to the latest working copy. I have done the 
entire glossary and started with the appendices (from
bottom going up).  This gets the translation at 9% mostly
because the "copying" of tags that do not need translations
like mailing list names and <prompt> lines which remain
exactly the same.
