5dc1ae8669 Give a better bus address example than 0x23c, since most ISA devices 
map to 8 or 16 byte boundaries.  Use 0x230 instead.  Remove part of a
bullet item about documenting each device_t field here because a
device_t is supposed to be an opaque data structure to the client
drivers.

7981056cf2 Use correct Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), it works with all 
browsers but mozilla, which has a bug on that point.
The fix respects the RFC 2396 related to URIs.

3ec1ced93f Perforce already uses UID 94. As it already shipped in several releases 
I change the UID for interch to 95.

While I'm here I add the p4admin user with UID 94.
