e99b89aff6 And one more from my periodic check: 
o Remove Pandaemonium, the domain does not appear to exist
  anymore.

With this all current domains are checked if the exist or
not.  Next step will be somewhat more in-depth.

7dfbee598b More results from my periodic check: 
o Correct the URL for BSD User Group Hamburg (the currently
  listed URL did return a 404 http error).
o Remove the Unix and Linux User Group entry, the webpage
  redirects to some search page which has got nothing to do
  with Unix/Linux.

edc8db8f30 Refactor these pages and add new text about the following: 
- implementation details of the Ports Collection.  This is necessary
   background to understand why certain policy decisions have been made.

 - definitions and clarification of policies for maintainer timeouts,
   "sweeping changes", and related matters.  This text has been separated
   out into smaller pages (policies_*) for easier reference.

94a2f728dd Split this page into multiple pages, each one with more text explaining 
that aspect of the Ports Collection.  Remove all the static text from
the portindex script and recast it into several SGML files that depend
on a common entity file.  Add back the alphabetical list of categories
that was dropped in the last rework.  Add many more references.  Add
useful left-side selections.

f252768524 Oops, forgot to commit this file which would make use of "WORDS" instead 
of "words" to make W3C validator happy.

This should make www.FreeBSD.org pass the W3C validation.

1c8c377af2 - axp* are no longer in use, remove them. 
-  Add gohan20-39, which are package building machines.
-  All gohan* run 6-STABLE or 7-CURRENT.

Note that I haven't added hardware configurations for gohan20-39 yet.

48458fa3b9 - Use complete link to Handbook. 
- Markup a list with <ul> instead of using <br>.
- Use secteam@ instead of security@ as contact address for the FreeBSD
  Security Team in the hope of minimizing confusion a bit with which
  address goes where.
- Add a link to the contributors article where people can see the current
  Security Team member list.
- Tell people the preferred contact is the FreeBSD Security Team.

Note part of this page is still somewhat inconsistent with itself in
some parts, but at least this is a step in the right direction.
