d76c9087ee Add some bits to the PPPoE section: 
o PPPoE & Netgraph are available from 3.4 onwards
o Mention that NETGRAPH_SOCKET and NETGRAPH_PPPOE are optional
o Remove the ``set login'' bit
o Xref the PPPoEwithNAT tag in the FAQ
o **DON'T** suggest that -dedicated mode is used.  PPPoE is probably
  the worst place in the world to use the -dedicated flag (which allows
  LCP to come down, but doesn't close/reopen the link before starting
  LCP again!)

88ef1c003f Explain how to build the web site from the repository. Based very heavily 
on Wolfram's documentation explaining how to do the same thing, but with
additional markup, and a few grammatical changes.

c111d1ce4d Properly spell `vs.'' in the chapter name. `Versus'' is abbreviated 
by ``v.'' or ``vs.'', but not an odd combination of the two.  Versus is,
after all, only one word.
