955f217736 Convert the PIC diagram into the necessary image formats in a slightly 
less-hackish way, so that PDFs, PostScript files, and PNG images can
be built with or without OBJDIR.

dafc837843 Axe the question on cramming 1TB files onto a floppy disk. 
1) This is not asked frequently.  This is not asked rarely.  This has
   probably only been asked once, in some leap year during the
   thirteenth full moon.

2) "You need a dd that handles large files"; this is spectacularly
   unhelpful, as it says nothing about where to get such a dd, what's
   wrong with the existing dd, etc.

3) This information might be useful somewhere in the Handbook, if rewritten
   and generalized to explain why files can be larger than the disks
   that they live on: since this question is simply met with derision
   by many members of the -doc team, however, not to mention the
   FreeBSD community in general, we'll just deorbit it.

4) If we had a "Stupid FreeBSD Tricks" book, this would belong there.

70b915ebb1 Gut question "How to I correct my keyboard map?" 
Previous answer contained information that was specific to some
unnamed release of FreeBSD (possibly 2.0.5, but not absolutely
certain).

New answer is a pointer to the Handbook, chapter and verse.

8e6be87fd2 Add a reference to kdbmap(1). As far as I can tell, this tidbit is 
the only bit of information from the FAQ on changing keyboard maps
that is not obsolete or outdated, and not included in this section.

This commit clears the way for replacing the FAQ on this with a
pointer to this section.
