3153806937 SMTP over UUCP chapter: 
- don't bother installing sendmail sources, because
- cf directory is now installed in /usr/share
- moreso, the conversion can be performed in /etc/mail

163edf7af0 Remove the part mentioning the need of sysutils/cd9660_unicode to 
correctly display multibyte characters on some ISO 9660 CDs; inform the
user about the -C option of mount_cd9660 and the need of cd9660_iconv.ko

dca1abbc7f Expand the section `Setting a Faster Serial Port Speed', to mention 
ways to set the serial console speed without having to rebuild the
boot blocks.  Note that for releases before 6.1, though, rebuilding
the boot blocks may be the only option.

764a355ca7 Implement dynamic generation of &base; entity for XML documents and 
activate it instead of using a static &base;.  Since an .xml database file
(or an .xslt stylesheet file) is used from various directories, the static
&base; no longer works.
