8bfeec289d Set expected stable/10 branch EoL date 
stable/11 is under the new support model and stable/10 is approaching
its current EoL, so remove the "last release + 2 years" text and fix an
expected branch EoL.

bffce982e6 Update nl_NL.po to the latest working copy. I have done the 
entire glossary and started with the appendices (from
bottom going up).  This gets the translation at 9% mostly
because the "copying" of tags that do not need translations
like mailing list names and <prompt> lines which remain
exactly the same.
