41fda4af24 handbook[23]: remove TODO pages 
- remove the TODO pages for the creation of the 2nd and 3rd
	  edition of the FreeBSD handbook.  Both projects have been
	  completed and the TODO pages are not useful except for some
	  historical archeology.  For this use case, VCS and archived
	  copies of old pages are sufficient.

a8d0693f2c docproj/current.html: remove search engine 
We now use DuckDuckGo's site: operator to do on-site searching so there is no
reason to improve our own CGI scripts.

84596a3a4f Use &cgibase; rather than hardcoding http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ 
There are a few remaining explicit uses of http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/
but all of these appear to be outdated e.g. pointing to GNATS) and need
updating.

Switch &cgibase; to use protocol-relative links, rather than hardcoding
http.  Switch two others (ftpbase and ftpbaseerrata) whilst here.

52f6d56540 - Use /usr/bin/svnlite as SVN if available. 
- Replace /XML/{doc,www}/ with /XML/ in SysId.
- Remove empty stylesheets in share/xsl and point share/xml/empty.xsl via
  XML catalog instead.
- Change the L10N layer in freebsd-*.xsl not to use localized XSLT
  stylesheets directly.
- Move share/xsl/* to share/xml and remove share/xsl.
- Remove obsolete share/web2c/pdftex.def.

7ad976be0a point users to the actual up-to-date ideas page/todo list. 
The one the webpage has been wrong for months (years?) and all the still relevent ideas have been migrated.
