b34f37e9e7 - Belatedly mark the start of 10.4-BETA2 builds as done. 
- It seems that somehone has mislabeld one of the red buttons to read
  beta.second instead of beta2.desc, so give that knob a try and let's
  see whether it brings the betarel2 bits into where.html.
- The 10.4-BETA2 set includes the RPI-B image again, so uncomment its
  betarel2 entry.
- Announce 10.4-BETA2 and bump betarel2.vers to BETA2 accordingly.
- Nuke some trailing spaces while at it.

15b13a3c03 revert $FreeBSD:... $ to &dollar;FreeBSD&dollar; so that these 
occurences are not changed unless really needed.

Note that the head of the file was not changed neither was the
release info itself for the "last change".

f1478d3651 Finally found the missing </link>. The error output is not 
very obvious in where the problem lies, and searching tags
within the PO File is not that easy because they can get
broken of ("<tag>open</" nextline "tag>"), which does
not make it easier.

4ab7310279 Remove experimental processing instructions that, in theory, caused no 
problems and did no harm.  They were literally harmless.  Wouldn't hurt
a fly.  Helped old ladies across the street.  Certainly would not cause
any trouble with XML documents, no sir.
