committed to the main CVS repository so that committers can modify it
without the assistance of (but, of course, with the approval of) the
webmaster and/or his lieutenant.

043f0bdcc7 Add infrastructure necessary to build the release notes with the web 
site.  This is currently conditional on BUILD_RELNOTES being set,

f8716bc7b2 Two fixes for the 4.3-RELEASE errata: Noted a typo when loading the 
Maestro-3/Allegro sound driver, and also mentioned FreeBSD-SA-01:39
(the fix was correctly noted in the release notes, but there was no
cross-reference to the advisory because the advisory hadn't yet been
issued at the time).

127c471407 Reorganize the "current release" entities. rel.current is now the 
same as in the Handbook (numerical value for the current release,
e.g. "4.3").  u.rel.* are URLs to various documents for the current
release.
