05481293a2 Add the long "Using SMTP with UUCP" tutorial to the Handbook. Ripped 
from the FAQ.  No tutorials belong in the FAQ.

While I have done some basic grammar checking on this, and made the
writing a little more professional, I have not checked the contents
for technical accuracy; I am assuming that whoever wrote the FAQ entry
knew what they were doing.  :-)

0d9904cff7 Rewrite "System V IPC" question. 
FreeBSD 3.2 and later is now the default, so don't treat it as an
exception.  I'm not quite comfortable killing a 3.2-relevant question,
and the info may be useful for someone who has already customized
their kernel.

f791325b90 Enhance the "Debugging ACPI" section with a ACPI disabling part 
(it is not easy for the user to find how to disable the ACPI
system).  While I'm there, rename the section to "Debugging and
Disabling ACPI".

73356ae0f7 Make this more like a "real" release from src. Rather than building 
from the doc sources in the current directory, do a clean checkout
(unless otherwise specified) of a doc tree and build it.

d3acddcb6d Document __FreeBSD_version 501100 (RELENG_5_1 branchpoint), note 
that 500113 will correspond to 5.1-RELEASE (we hope).  While
here, fix a typo in the 500100 description.
