2f4f3866dd Update to r51461: 
update/correct the Handbook Diskless operations chapter

- Add the -maproot=root to the NFS export configuration
- Mention base archive from the ftp server as an alternative way to install the base system
- Fix the <command> usage
- Add details about how to use md_size files to increase the default mfs size for /var and /etc

57589e862f Remove OpenSearch in its entirety 
Neither modern Firefox nor Chrome supports OpenSearch, at least in the
form as presented. Documentation suggests it might be possible to get
this to work, but remove for now until and unless someone can get them
to work.

75e9a0b144 Remove some old OpenSearch plugins 
These have not worked in some time and no one has complained, so the
value in fixing them is clearly limited as well.

Neither modern Firefox nor Chrome supports OpenSearch so this entire
section will be removed in the next commit. Separate commits for
tracking and clarity.

bb875241ae Announce 11.2-BETA1 is available. 
Fix the link for the GUMSTIX image, and comment it as the build
failed.
Comment the BANANAPI link, there was an issue with the image.
Activate the download URLs for 11.2.
Update the releng page to reflect stable/11 is frozen (belatedly).

614c937acc Add a note about the phrase 'All Rights Reserved' here to act as a 
mini-FAQ. While volumes could be written about this, keep it breif
and clear at the expense of a few details and irrelvant pedantry.

e48aa31b23 Update to r51447: 
Fix command to extract multiple sets for jail creation

In the example for extracting multiple distribution sets the path and
case was incorrect.

There's still more adjustment to be made here: not all sets are listed,
and one of the unlisted ones (lib32) does not exist on all archs, but
at least the example command should work.

handbook: remove instructions for NPAPI plugins

- Neither Firefox nor Chrome support NPAPI plugins anymore and as such
  the instructions to install them are not applicable.
- Tell users of opera to install the plugin directly rather than
  redirect to Firefox's instructions. I have not validated that this
  still works. Google shows mixed information for Opera's NPAPI support.
- While here remove an extraneous word 'new'

20c25af508 Flatten the Flavor chapter by removing the encapsulating "Flavors 
Auto-Activation" section and moving php and Python one setup up.

The only change here is sect2 → sect1 and sect3 → sect2.
