Remove the link to Darwin/OpenDarwin:
- OpenDarwin has been closed down in 2006.
- Apple has stopped providing binary install images for Darwin.
- PureDarwin (which tried to follow up on OpenDarwin) has not been udpated in the last 15 months either.

a0e13c95f5 - add FreeBSD 8.2-R, 7.4-R to fix some issues. 
For examples:

Browse http://www.freebsd.org/releases/8.2R/relnotes.html
Then click xen(4) for manual page, it'll say "Sorry, no data found for `xen(4)'."

- use FreeBSD 8.2 as the default release.

3117331614 Update the libcommon support file. I could not find all references 
that are mentioned in the original diff. But the build still works
and it seems to look OK so far. Lets just do it.
