Michael Lucas f902e14e93 Duplicate FAQs, one in "installation" and one in "advanced topics" 
Remove the "creating custom boot floppies" question from the "advanced
topics" section.  People generally want to know about that for
installations, and there is a question about building your own release
in the advanced section that will point the clueful in the correct
direction.
