9806ffed98 Several changes: 
- Fix anchors, we now use lowercase anchors.

d79a7a9ca7 Put in the missing revision r39022: 
Enhance text which explains how to debug networking
problems when setting up PXE.

We should now be on track again with no further missing revisions and
