bc9b7dcac7 MFde: Update the german documentation. 
Update some chapters and resync others with the latest version.
The subchapters about "Portsnap: A Ports Collection Update Tool"
and "Updating the Documentation Set" in the cutting-egde chapter
were translated separately, that is why the "based on"-revision
counter was not increased.

5b2338f990 A couple of small wording, grammar and style fixes: 
- add &nbsp; between the &epson.perfection; and the model number
- replace a ` with ' to be consistent with the screen output
- contain -> contents
- cause -> because
- Reword the sentence containing "most of time" to one that is
  easier to read

0b8d93eacd ftp.freebsd.org has been running IPv6 on both nodes for quite some time, 
and also supports http(v6) access.  Update localized versions of the same
machines as well.
