2fbd05c649 o Fix typo in SYNOPSIS (disktype -> disktype/auto) 
o Add missing sentences about ``dangerously dedicated'' disklabel in
  `disklabel -B [-b ....]' description and `disklabel -R -B [-n] ...'
  description
o Fix typo in EXAMPLES section (da0s1 -> da0)
o Use correct punctuations
o Use the same mdoc macro as original

b65b9e28be The first thing under the "How to Subscribe" header should be the 
subscription instructions.  Move the intructionis for posting a little
further down and explicitly mention that subscriptions/unsubscriptions
should be posted to majordomo--not the lists.

f7414992a1 . Use more intuitive names for describing the secondary MX and primary 
MX hosts at the dialup PPP mail server part.
. Remove an explicit reference to -bd 15m and rc.conf for secondary MX
  since they are too FreeBSD specific and will very often be untrue
  (especially if the secondary MX is not a FreeBSD machine).

0e9aeaba9d Add a no_NO.ISO8859-1 translation (and supporting directories) to the list 
of translations.  This commit includes the install chapter and the
bibliography.

This is not attached to the build yet, hence not buildable.
