9868dc0c3a Update some more links in the 2015Q4 report 
Mostly due to overzealous replacement of "freebsd" with "FreeBSD" by
one of my helper scripts, but a couple links were dead as submitted,
and one snuck by that was missing a description.

8f4893d2d1 A few final tweaks to the 2015Q4 report 
Mostly surrounding the triage team: emphasize that it is open to
the entire community, and remove a non-permanent link.

Also deemphasize the importance of "developer", since submission for
these reports is open to the entire community.

Wordsmith the core report a little to avoid using "lesser" to describe
issues.

eef7bcc5ba Update to r44152: 
Initial shuffle through Bluetooth chapter to improve flow.

Flow is now using USB first followed by the various protocols

841f76cf78 Publish the 2015Q4 status report 
Link to it from the main status report page and update the next submission
deadline, and add a news entry for the report.

The delay in publishing is due to a combination of the large volume
of submissions and illness.

0562fbd5bd Revamp freebsd.org/gnome index page 
* Update to include mate and cinnamon.
 * Fix some indention issues.
 * Shuffle some text around, and remove some obsolete items.
 * Only show the 5 most recent news items.
 * Remove the gnomedesktop.org rss news channel parser. It doesn't work
   and is comment out to begin with.
 * Update Resources links. Add our wiki, upstream gnome news, mate and
   cinnamon project sites. Remove obsolete links.

6bd6e8ecd7 Shuffle categories slightly for the 2015Q4 report 
Drivers are entirely kernelspace, ports variants basically fall within
the realm of ports, and the graphics stack involves kernel work as
well as ports, so make it a "project"
