84596a3a4f Use &cgibase; rather than hardcoding http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ 
There are a few remaining explicit uses of http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/
but all of these appear to be outdated e.g. pointing to GNATS) and need
updating.

Switch &cgibase; to use protocol-relative links, rather than hardcoding
http.  Switch two others (ftpbase and ftpbaseerrata) whilst here.

6aef2bdedc Remove outdated information from the FreeBSD/MIPS platform page: it is 
unlikely we will ever support SGI MIPS, we're certainly not actively
targeting it.  Make the page more similarly match other platform pages.

Still to do: add more details of platforms we do support.

3a4c59d740 Update the i386 platform page to closer reflect the early 21st century. 
Gently push people towards the amd64 platform, especially for machines
with >4GiB RAM.  Drop one dead link, and one link to a very outdated page.

138b609bf7 Fix link to SPARC technical documents. I'm slightly reluctant to change

52f6d56540 - Use /usr/bin/svnlite as SVN if available. 
- Replace /XML/{doc,www}/ with /XML/ in SysId.
- Remove empty stylesheets in share/xsl and point share/xml/empty.xsl via
  XML catalog instead.
- Change the L10N layer in freebsd-*.xsl not to use localized XSLT
  stylesheets directly.
- Move share/xsl/* to share/xml and remove share/xsl.
- Remove obsolete share/web2c/pdftex.def.

d4512f0cdc Avoid pointing people to individual people. Generally the most involved people will respond on the mailing list. 
Keep discussions in the public where they will help many more people than just the 2 people involved in the conversation.

1d9bea10ed Merge the projects/entities branch into head/ 
The primary purposes are to clean up duplicated author definitions in
both share/xml/authors.ent and share/xml/developers.ent, and as a added
bonus simplify writing up author names/email addresses in web pages.

Apart from merging developers.ent into authors.ent, removing the former,
and updating the Committers Guide there should be little user-visible changes:
- a.portmgr renamed to a.portmgr.members
- a.doceng renamed to a.doceng.members
- team.re renamed to a.re.members.email and moved from
share/xml/freebsd.ent to share/xml/authors.ent
- a.core updated and moved from share/xml/mailing-lists.ent to
share/xml/teams.ent
- share/pgpkeys/{addkey.sh|README} updated

Translations are untouched except for build fixes.
