These sentences can either be or be mistaken for being sentence
fragments. While it is perfectly reasonable to use subordinate
conjunctions conversationally, as long as both clauses are explicitly
used in the same sentence, the handbook or articles are not written
in this style.

Make the output a little bit more readable by
- addings some list (orderedlist, itemized list)
- adding some additional paragraphs
- rearranging the Q/A section so that something useful is displayed in the list of Q/A.

Currently we have articles.ent and books.ent, and
for example, articles.ent can be used by putting the
following lines in the doctype declaration:
<!ENTITY % articles.ent PUBLIC
"-//FreeBSD//ENTITIES DocBook FreeBSD Articles Entity Set//EN">
%articles.ent;
This pulls all of the necessary entities via share/sgml/articles.ent.
The translation teams can customize these entities by redefining
the articles.ent file in <langcode>/share/sgml. See
ja_JP.eucJP/share/sgml for example.
enable it in en_US.ISO8859-1/ and ja_JP.eucJP/.
- Add PUBLIC "-//FreeBSD//ENTITIES DocBook Language Specific Entities//EN"
and l10n.ent for entity localization.
- Use share/misc/docbook.css for indentiation of <programlisting>
and <screen>.
- Add some missing $FreeBSD$.
share/images. To link "generic" images (share/images ones) from
Makefiles use IMAGES_EN and to link localized images use IMAGES.
For an example look at en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/Makefile
internet -> Internet
can not -> cannot
CD-ROM -> CDROM
cdrom -> CDROM
UNIX -> Unix
To be standardized with the rest of the doc tree.

a) Because it's a cool piece of documentation
b) It's a real world example of using images in the documentation.
It's not turned on in the upper level Makefile yet, as I expect the
specifics of the toolchain to change over the next week or so as people
play around with this, and I don't want to the doc build mirrors to have
to suddenly update the ports they have installed. Once this has stabilised
it can be turned on.
