06db5bcf1d pt_BR.ISO8859-1/books/handbook: New pt_BR translation into .po format 
* content synchronized with en_US document (r52873)
* book.xml converted to .po
* .po file was translated to pt_BR
* .po and .xml file has been set to UTF-8 encoding
* information about volunteers who translated and/or revised the document was added to the header of the .po file.

943bca7a9c Correct the description of vfs.zfs.arc_max. 
Update the description of the default value for the vgs.zfs.arc_max tunable.
It changed since the chapter was written and this patch updates it to the
definition in the code.

d4a8d01bea Chase merge of mkfontdir into mkfontscale. 
The port mkfontdir was removed and merged into mkfontscale.
Rename mentions of mkfontdir in the X11 chapter to fit.

73f92382d4 Update to r52827: 
A few changes to the Xen setup:

1) The line
    sysrc -f /etc/sysctl.conf vm.max_wired=-1
    does not work, it only returns an error about a name containing characters
    not allowed in shell. Instead, use echo to add the line to sysctl.conf.

    2) Fix the rules for automatic bridge creation, taken from the bridging
    chapter of the handbook.

    3) Add a note that FreeBSD's Dom0 requires booting in legacy (BIOS) mode.

    4) Remove mention of xen.4th for the loader menu. It's not working anymore
    with the Lua loader that we have now. Until this is fixed, don't refer
    readers to it.

5d1b3fda75 Update to r52814: 
Add a troubleshooting section to the Xen chapter.

In the discussion leading up to r52813, rgrimes@ suggested to add a
troubleshooting section to the Xen chapter to help with debugging issues.

In particular, users should know where Xen 4.11 and higher logs important
information relevant for debugging. There are also a couple of options
that increase the verbosity of the dom0 and enable iommu debugging. These
were divided up into two subsections: one for the host and the other for
the guest.

13ed159fa4 Remove silly alarm() call. 
It was introduced in r44001, and never reverted.

This should finally fix the issue that you got corrupt tarballs
for larger data, or under high load.
