303a7f0edf Say a few words about ECHO reflections and magic being

79bde5413c Add ports' maintainer who were missing from the additional contributor list. 
Change some people's addresses according to the MAINTAINER= line in Makefiles.
A little attempt to sort the addtional contributor list in alphabetical order.

daef3c0895 Update the description about the <lang> part of the PKGNAME and 
clearly state that we are using ISO-639 codes.
