9806ffed98 Several changes: 
- Fix anchors, we now use lowercase anchors.

 - Use HTML <q> rather than our own quotes

d79a7a9ca7 Put in the missing revision r39022: 
Enhance text which explains how to debug networking
problems when setting up PXE.
