576e5e167b - Add Japanese footer and fix an unexpected 
line-break (includes.sgml).

- Add new translation and activate it (java/press.sgml).

- Merge the following from the English version:

	1.21  -> 1.22 	internet.sgml (with some translation fixes)
	1.211 -> 1.224	news/newsflash.sgml
	1.160 -> 1.167	news/press.sgml
