89fd5bd633 A nifty new tutorial on how to upgrade a system using a "make world". 
I have not personally done a "make world" since the 386BSD + patchkit days
so additional reviews from people who have would be good.

0c7c41dcaa (1) Add new subsection on info files. It's long, but filled mostly of 
patches so don't be scared please. ;)

(2) Add "2.2-STABLE after 2.2.2R" to list of __FreeBSD_version's.

(3) Remove one of the duplicate "contributed by:" lines.

1071bb41e6 Comment out the paragraph that talks about how to make level 372 -current 
source tree from the 2.0R source tree since it's not easy to find the
CTM delta listed there.  (In fact, I couldn't find it after all.)
Actually, even if you could find this, you probably have to get tons of
deltas which probably are more than just getting one recent base delta. :)
