6d83a36d31 Sync with the FreeBSD Simplified Chinese Project CVS, which 
almostly put the translation to be in-sync with English version,
plus some language improvements.

ac9c8768f5 Reflect reality. RELENG_4 is pushing up the daisies, so advise users 
to upgrade to RELENG_6.  For those systems where upgrading is not
possible, point users to the RELEASE_4_EOL tag, but discourage usage
as it is not supported nor updated with security fixes.

bf48230019 Remove the OpenBSD and NetBSD repositories. Both project have their 
own CVSweb so there is not really any big reason for us to have CVSweb
for them as well. [1]

Remove the "learn" CVS repository.  It hasn't changed in 9 years... [1]

Remove the German and San Marino CVSweb mirrors from the list since
neither one has a hostname which resolves.

ec5f057e17 Add four new ports related entries: 
1) Collect the pkg-message output in dependencies and display it after the
   build finish
2) Parallelization of the Ports Collection (this one is suitable as SoC
   project)
3) UPDATING parser, kind of a junior task
4) portupgrade in base thing
