b86bc06c56 Add a ffs_blkfree panic todo list item: we believe it may be fixed, 
but have had at least one panic report since the fix was committed,
and so need to watch this carefully.  Include a note that this is
considered a "show-stopper" for 5.1-BETA until resolved.

2dca917c7e Remove the SMP double fault item as it was most likely due to bad hardware. 
Move the nullfs item to the 'Nice To Have' section since it doesn't

2d524836cd Add a KSE item: we need MD support for alpha, sparc64, ia64, or we 
won't be able to support M:N threading on any 64-bit platforms for
5.1-RELEASE.  Set task ownership for sparc64 to jake; leave the
others unowned.

- Production-quality M:N threading (julian, davidxu, deischen)
- 16-bit CDB support in CAM (ken)
- FAST_IPSEC and KAME compatibility (unowned)
- KAME Synchronization (unowned)
- truss support for ptrace (unowned)
- Merge of Darwin msdosfs, other fixes (unowned)

Add desired features to 5.2-RELEASE list:
- MAC support for NFS Server (rwatson)

Note: in many cases, deciding to get these things working for 5.1 would
not be amiss either.
