1c58931b47 Begin merging the BIND8 and BIND9 sections. This pretty much kills BIND8 
in the handbook and pushes BIND9.

4e5ee22bd0 Argh. I forgot that "$pidfile" has a special meaning to rc.subr, so

48173bd362 Solve the problem mentioned in the PR a slightly different way. Assign 
default values to variables before they are used to make a better
(and working!) example. While I'm hear, switch to $name_pidfile to
make it more clear how one might go about adding that type of variable
to a script.

7ab1632d03 Update of the flyer. Now 2 layouts are available: the default one using 
Beastie and a new one using the FreeBSD Logo.  The selection of the
layout is done in the flyer.tex file via a boolean variable, by default
the Beastie layout is enabled.

220a62c3da http://fastdiscs.com/freebsd/ has been failing to load for at 
least a month now.  I haven't had a chance to contact them by
phone, but remove their entry for now.  When/if I can speak with
someone over there and see why this mirror is failing, we can
ressurect this entry.

39ecffb4d3 Add some text about having to *explicitly* enable isc-dhcpd in 
rc.conf to make sure the /usr/local/etc/rc.d/isc-dhcpd.sh script
will truly start a DHCP server process when run as:

    # /usr/local/etc/rc.d/isc-dhcpd.sh start

15d69131fb Fix some simple typos which could cause great havoc. Mainly fix label 
settings.  These would not have caused any large issues, just opened a
hole for root to bypass the security.
