d6e954944e Update SRCID tags of articles and books to match the English versions 
after the XML merge.

Note that some documents are now out of date without the translation
update checker noticing it, they will be updated later.

a1dcb10fa9 Administrative-only commit (no content changes): 
- replace all SRCID values by their SVN equivalents (use 0 for
  nl_NL.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/bsdinstall/chapter.sgml which is WIP)
- remove the last few remaining FreeBSDnl tags
- update SOURCE values for new website layout, and correct some values

35babe0ae5 - Set svn:ketwords and svn:mime-type. Note that application/octet-stream is 
set on some files as a workaround for binary check.
- Fix pathname for svn co in the webupdate script.
