4ddad29da7 First act as official committer sanctioned by my mentor (THANKS Will-kenobi).
One action, 3 changes. Perhaps, this will be my only incursion outside of ports for some time.
1) (ports) Added myself to xearth committers.marker (1st Brazilian, one of the only Latin Americans).
2) (www) Added an announcement to newsflash about this.
3) (doc) Both removed myself from contrib, then added an authors identity for myself and and entry to almighty staff area.

1c78f1c07d a) "Fix" out-of-tree builds by not hard-coding locations of dsl files
with SYSTEM, and using instead PUBLIC entities gained from the catalog
in the directory of the language the document belongs to, or the
language-neutral entity. Now we always use default.dsl as our dsl
master, and it grabs the necessary magic from the catalogs.

b) Fix the always-out-of-date imagelib problem with some make(1)-fu.

a9b9a2fe08 Add ${DSSSLCATALOG} and ${JADECATALOG} to the list of catalogs the lint:
target uses -- this ensures that any options (such as "OMITTAG NO") that
are used when building the docs are also used when linting them, so that
errors don't slip through the cracks.

Prompted by r1.93 of the FAQ.

66fca3bc07 Ah, the trick with the Hungarian mirror was, that one should also _set_
the id to "mirrors-hu" and not "mirror-hu", if referencing to that.

3b1ac6e0e1 Comment out the reference to the Hungarian mirrors (it has no target).
Now we can FINALLY build the handbook again.

While I'm here, indent one mirror-entry properly.

Only the first hunk of the diff is interesting for translators.
