9326a15f60 Stepping down from doceng@. 
Mark and Hiroki are doing good jobs as new member, so I can pass
all my (especially Japanese/localization specific) doceng hats
to Hiroki and other doceng members.

I'll focus to use my FreeBSD time for activities in other area
(like core, *master, ...).

And I hope I can find time to do actual translation works, not
management nor engineering works.  :-)

f05050d638 - Point directly to translated web pages. 
- Remove Polish and Czech web pages since they are no longer at
  support.html.
- Also add applications.html as "Applications".

944e909aa4 GNOME 2.8 is now in the ports tree, so re-enable the link telling users how 
to upgrade.  Also, 4.9 is EOL, so remove it from the supported versions
list.  We will no longer be building packages or testing on 4.9.

the upgrade.
