92cd1613b3 Update the information about building a debugging kernel. Remove the 
individual steps, and replace with "make install".  Update the following
note to explain that kernel is installed, while kernel.debug remains as
a source of debugging symbols for gdb(1).

535b364c47 Experimental support for building Palm Pilot DOC format files. The result 
works, but isn't great (at least in SmartDOC).  Still, if you want to carry
the FreeBSD FAQ on your Palm (or the Handbook for that matter) it's a start.

6db5c08c7b This is an almost complete re-write of the ports chapter of the 
handbook.  Most of the handbook will be rewritten, and this is the basic
3 part format each section will have, so there will be more of these
coming :-)

966f601447 Mention that (BSD_)?INSTALL_PROGRAM strips binaries in the process. 
Also add that BSD_INSTALL_PROGRAM can be used in a distfile's "install:"
