0562fbd5bd Revamp freebsd.org/gnome index page 
* Update to include mate and cinnamon.
 * Fix some indention issues.
 * Shuffle some text around, and remove some obsolete items.
 * Only show the 5 most recent news items.
 * Remove the gnomedesktop.org rss news channel parser. It doesn't work
   and is comment out to begin with.
 * Update Resources links. Add our wiki, upstream gnome news, mate and
   cinnamon project sites. Remove obsolete links.

- makes it clear that the ports collection has to be installed
 before performing a search

6bd6e8ecd7 Shuffle categories slightly for the 2015Q4 report 
Drivers are entirely kernelspace, ports variants basically fall within
the realm of ports, and the graphics stack involves kernel work as
well as ports, so make it a "project"

5f388dea1d Run 'make SRCS' in the English document directory. Some SRCS files are 
generated, like the list of mirrors used in the Handbook, and this will
make certain they exist when the PO extraction process needs them.

7ff208f437 Add some settings for the newest version of dblatex. The doc build can 
once again use dblatex, but the formatting still needs work.  To use,
switch to the document directory and
  make FORMATS=pdf RENDERENGINE=dblatex
