94eb26771b Introduce a <groupname> tag similar to <username>. I don't forsee it 
being rendered any differently than <username>, but it's very
confusing to write markup with both user and group names in close
proximity, and both marked up with <username>.

8140e08d69 Bump the number of directories traversed to find LANGCODE to 10. This 
isn't a problem yet, but I did run into it in my local builds a few
times, and I thought it'd be better to raise it now to make sure
nothing magically breaks later.

e4c3025bf2 Bring the German FAQ translation up-to-date and beyond: 
- Updates from the international versions up to 1.199
- Switch to Docbook 4.1
- Add a bibliography
- Use the new biblio-xref-title code
- replace a lot of markup fixes with the fixes from the international version

f777871dce Add the framework for using <bibliography>. Use the title of the Book 
in the text and let it be a link to the bibliography entry.
Note: The functionality needs JADEFLAGS=-Vbiblio-xref-title in the Makefile

acd6619ae0 Add ~40 index terms to this chapter. A couple of minor tweaks to 
doc.docbook.mk are needed for this to work with GEN_INDEX defined but
that will be committed soon enough.

76bd774fd3 Pick up the sledgehammer used by Nik for rev 1.114, Ben for rev 1.87, and 
others -- and do some major SGML cleanup. Replace <emphasis remap=xx>
by whatever is appropriate.

- nuke useless <para> around lists
- nuke useless <para></para> sequences
- nuke harmfull <para> around <programlisting>
- nuke some of the "we need a line break here" reminders that are no
  longer needed (and never affected the output anyway)

cb5d1a9147 Replace jpman project specific RCS keyword with $FreeBSD. 
jpman project specific RCS keyword (jpman %Id) is obsolete,
after manual entries are stored in freefall CVS repository.
This old Id is useless and more worse it confuses users and bug reporters.
So, this old Id is removed.
