ec76c98c51 Matt Storer <mstorer at gmail dot com> pointed out the misuse of the 
word "defiantly" here.  I decided to get rid of it rather than correct
it, and noticed some other parts of the surrounding paragraph required
work.  In summary:

o Correct misuses of "defiantly" and "delimited"
o Add the class attribute to directory names
o Fix some grammar bogons

8fd665c892 Miscellaneous improvements of the first two sections: 
- Don't state that firewalls and stateful filtering will always
  improve security, since that might not be the case.
- Change the Firewall Rulesets section to a more general Firewall
  Concepts section.
- Remove some basic network text which the user should already know when
  reading about more advanced topics, like firewalls.
- Miscellaneous rewording.

4d39466453 Rework section on BROKEN, FORBIDDEN, and especially IGNORE. Cross- 
reference CONFLICTS in the latter.  Add NOT_FOR_ARCHS and ONLY_FOR_ARCHS.

While here, tweak references to FreshPorts and portsmon.
