d5e9a8d8a7 Add the Handbook to the shortcuts list on the front page so users 
don't first have to click through the 'Documentation' second level
page.

Make room for it by removing the link to the platforms page, which is
already linked to from another part of the front page.

b387b66c9c "Gallery" as a keyword is pretty meaningless and we don't have one any 
more; remove it from the META keywords and add "Ports" instead, which we
do have (and which are a major plus for the project).

3cb4b2fa46 Introduce a new entity, cgibase, which points at where our CGI scripts 
can be found, i.e., http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi at the moment.

This allows for easier pre-commit testing of CGI scripts, and avoids
SNAFUs with an incorrect URL being committed, as has happened a couple
of times recently.

en/ should be fully converted with this commit; other languages need to
be updated, but are in mid merge molasses at present so I have not
touched them.

f03c6de3ab Note that <ds> sent me a replacement SGI motherboard long since, and 
add him to the donor page (yet again!).

Remove some other want list items that are no longer relevant or
required.

Add a new wantlist item: since I no longer work for NAI/McAfee/SPARTA,
I no longer have a notebook to use on travel.  As such, I'm looking
for one.  Ideally with a service plan that covers three continents :-).

526e1e8250 Remove the old register script. It is no longer used within our website 
and all the translations caught up. Except for es/support.sgml and
es/publish.sgml, but they are old. This also fixes a cleanup for
ceri which he started long time ago.

6ff82c2bce Only build English and Japanese version of the website. As other 
translations are converted they should be added back here.  I think
Spanish, French, and German are close so I hope we can go live with at
least 4-5 languages.

a28c4d1ff1 Fix events creation by properly generating curdate.xml file which the 
XSLT script needs to reason about which events are in the future and
which have already occurred. It's not clear to me how Emily broke this
in the first place, but this fixes it at least.

d8dd0b4aa5 Move uprintf/tprintf show stopper from "Required" to "Testing" now that

de50417de2 Various updates: 
- gem(4) has its interrupt marked INTR_MPSAFE now.
- sf(4) is locked now.
- sis(4)'s mutex is no longer marked MTX_RECURSE.
- txp(4) and wb(4) locking both need testing.
- Add an entry for vx(4) and note that its locking needs testing.  This
  driver dosen't need bus_dma it appears though as it uses PIO to bang
  packets into and out of the card.

3c6b045f0f Update panic on file system fill bug: I've committed a possible fix, and 
we're now waiting for the tinderboxes to break, systems to die left and
right, etc, so that it can be refined, then MFC'd.

54ff9aa960 Demote the 'snaplock livelock' and 'handle_written_inodeblk' items to 
the 'desired' section.  They are secondary problems and can be avoided by
disabling backgroud fsck.

Add a showstopper entry for the uprintf panics.  This is the #1 priority at
this point.

9e46686368 Make our cgi-style xhtml1.0 compliant. With this all our cgi's could 
pass the xhtml compliant check, making us conforming to standards.
This also finishes the update to query-pr-summary.cgi which is now
XHTML 1.0 compliant.

f45b9f679d Add coloring support for the summary. This should make it 
easier to read when you are using a color capable browser.

This will not impact a text-only browser.

Changes include:

o Code cleanup
o Add CSS style's.
o Use the new CSS style's.
o Move double quotes to quotes where needed.
o Made the HTML (except for the header) html-compliant.

The usage of CSS makes it easy to merge later when/if needed.

87892f9734 We believe that the recent commits by David and Jeff has fixed the 
last bugs with the ULE scheduler, for UP and SMP with and without
PREEMPTION.  So mark this work as "Need testing", to encourage

acad7b036d * Add an XSLT stylesheet to parse the RSS file from Peter Holm's 
Kernel Stress Test Suite and generate HTML of a list of panics with
  short description and link to the console output.

* Add makefile glue to fetch the RSS file, parse it with stress.xslt,
  and generate a temporary HTML file stress.html

* Add a table of contents to the todo list, and add a new section for
  open kernel stress test issues, and include stress.html there.

Mark cdevsw flag for MPSAFEty as done, phk did it in 2002.

Mark linker as locked down in 2002.

Mark a number of VFS-related activities as done on 01 January 2005, as
that's when Jeff moved ahead with the MPSAFE VFS default.
