6aef2bdedc Remove outdated information from the FreeBSD/MIPS platform page: it is 
unlikely we will ever support SGI MIPS, we're certainly not actively
targeting it.  Make the page more similarly match other platform pages.

Still to do: add more details of platforms we do support.

5f5622f0f6 Update the webupdate.wrapper to match the running 
version:

 - Don't assume or hard-code PORTSDIR is in /usr.
 - Set PINDEX_OVERRIDE based on the running OSVERSION.
 - Fetch the ports/INDEX file if ENOENT.
 - Group all exported variables together.

9ebd6001cc Replace all occurances of 'pkgng' with 'pkg' in the handbook 
Kept existing xml:id's to avoid breaking external links to the documentation
Sanitized the documentation of references to pkg_add
Fix an incorrect variable name: daily_backup_pkgng_enable should be daily_backup_pkgdb_enable
Fix a linebreak in the middle of a variable name
Clarify that pkg2ng is not a required step on newer systems
