I have not replaced them with anything, as there is an appendix on configuring
CVSup already, with links to it appearing directly above the deleted text.
- Remove a para about "troubles" with 4.3-STABLE, this is outdated and
confusing.
- Remove the version number of linux_base port.
- Rename "Linux Development" to "Linux Development Environment"

- make install distclean is a better choice than make package to install

Also rename the 3Com trademark entity from t3com to tm.3com. This
should make the entity naming convention a bit more consitent. This is
done now since the entity is not used too many places yet.
empty and unclosed tags. I used the word "should" because sometimes it
does not work, however most of malformed tags are found now.
