35eb9c7dbb The cvsupit port was removed in May, so remove the references to it. 
I have not replaced them with anything, as there is an appendix on configuring
CVSup already, with links to it appearing directly above the deleted text.

d43debd757 Fix the "Installing the Linux Environment" part in the SAP section: 
- Remove a para about "troubles" with 4.3-STABLE, this is outdated and
  confusing.
- Remove the version number of linux_base port.
- Rename "Linux Development" to "Linux Development Environment"
- Add a link to Oracle installation
- make install distclean is a better choice than make package to install
  a port
- Some rewordings, application tags addition, and other tags and manual
  page entities fixes.

7e4f03f825 - Remove a useless "see the next section" sentence, when the next 
section is two sentences away.
- Update sparc64 to UltraSparc
- Mention FreeBSD is also available on DVD
- "hundreds of bug fixes" -> "thousands of bug fixes" (since 92)
- Add a link to the Packages & Ports chapter after mentioning them
- Rephrase a few sentences, remove a few unneeded words
- Remove outdated comment about FreeBSD's "sane" installer
- Remove version reference to documentation being on every FreeBSD 2.1 system
  and later

d54f21bffa Fix a bit the Oracle section: 
- Add missing application, username, envar, filename etc. tags
- Fix the ports for the linux_base etc. and be more general about
  various available ports.
- Add link to RPM port
- Some little rewordings.

(I do not own Oracle and/or a 9.X version, so I cannot check/update some
parts :( )

diskless-x/article.sgml:
 - While I'm here anyway add trademark tags for all trademarks, now
   that the stylesheet handles it right.

trademark.ent:
 - Add entities for more trademarks / companies.

Also rename the 3Com trademark entity from t3com to tm.3com.  This
should make the entity naming convention a bit more consitent.  This is
done now since the entity is not used too many places yet.

21aca1de1c Add more warnings to make lint. It should be possible now to find 
empty and unclosed tags.  I used the word "should" because sometimes it
does not work, however most of malformed tags are found now.
That idea came after a talk with Denis Peplin.
