if_ep has no DMA requirement, so set busdma and 4.x merge as N/A.

bb9196c216 Introduce a new status "Unknown", which I'll use to annotate things 
that I haven't yet checked for.

  if_em is now INTR_MPSAFE.
  Add if_ep, which is busma-safe and INTR_MPSAFE.
  if_fxp is now INTR_MPSAFE.
  if_sis is now INTR_MPSAFE.
  Add if_wi, which is INTR_MPSAFE.
  Assign sos as ata owner due to observations of practical reality.
  pst is now INTR_MPSAFE.
  hifn is now INTR_MPSAFE.
  ubsec is now INTR_MPSAFE.

2f4ef73341 Rename the existing Chinese documentation project link to be the 
'Traditional Chinese' docproj.

Add a 'Simplified Chinese' docproj, based on the work from the
freebsdchina.org community in Shanghai.  Simplified Chinese docs
should soon be making there way to a doc/zh_CN.GB18030 directory near
you.

4cf846512b Remove the onboard gigabit NIC, after a hardware failure I've got a 
different board with a 10/100 NIC (I don't think we need to mention it,
it seems to be a (upcomig) standard feature).

Thanks go to the donor for the fast handling of the issue.
