0bed4a7f13 Let's begin with Spanish handbook structure. I've created 
directories structure and i'll commit files content separately.

Spanish handbook will be committed but not included on doc auto
building until completly finished.

dff69dd1ee - Update the copyright to include 2000 
- Fix capitalization of the title of the last section
- Add a new FAQ to the Misc. Questions section that explains how to add a
  file to a CVS branch, complete with a real-life example.

b25a76ebcc * Remove some "remap=tt" from <emphasis>. In some cases, replace <emphasis> 
with something more appropriate, like <command>

 * Fix up <address>.  White space within <address> *is* significant,
   so the translation teams will have to duplicate this change.

 * Remove some <para> and </para> tags that erroneously broke up some
   paragraphs into two or more paragraphs.

 * Correct some <literallayout>s to <programlisting>

 * Remove some <para>...</para>s that were wrapping elements that don't
   need them (like <itemizedlist>).

 * Convert examples to use <screen> and <userinput>.  Whitespace is
   significant, translators should be able to cut-n-paste the changes.

Haven't done the whole file yet, since I ran out of time.  More to
follow.

c9bcba0f34 Set up initial Dutch translation directory and Makefile. 
This Makefile doesn't have any SUBDIRs to proces, so it will
not interfere with the build processes.

2cc436ed66 From the PR: 
o Minor grammar nits
    o Suggest Partition Magic to users; IMO, this is probably the most
      useful utility for those who use multiple OSs.
    o Sysinstall is now much more user-friendly wrt to ppp installation
      & setup
    o Sysinstall will setup anonymous FTP for you if you ask it to
    o IDE CDROM Device name change: wcd -> acd
    o Add some more information about downloading the distribution from
      ftp.FreeBSD.org
    o The IP address for ftp.FreeBSD.org was incorrect; fix it
    o Windows File Manager -> Windows Explorer (since there are probably
      3 people left in the world that still use Win16)
    o Note that IDE drivers are ad* in 4.0 and later
    o Installation types: Novice -> Standard

cbc419bcae Pull out the porting section by wrapping it in "<![ IGNORE [ ... ]]>" for 
the time being.  I'll remove the actual text in a week or so, assuming
everything's gone smoothly.

Write a quick replacement paragraph that points readers at the Porter's
Handbook.

7cafc16bb3 Replace some <link> and <xref>s which pointed to locations in to the 
Handbook with <ulink>, which uses URLs to the same.  The porter's handbook
now builds.

f13001ead6 Added a note to Nik's tar and rsh pipeline example about being able 
to use 'ssh' instead of 'rsh' should security be a factor.  I've
not explained that ssh is a port prior to 4.0-RELEASE.

3124afaad6 Re-add ats and jgreco. Not all the translations have removed them from 
staff/chapter.sgml yet, and missing them was breaking the build.  This
should probably migrate to doc/share/sgml/ sometime soon.
