dd2b4d6698 Add support for the 'vendor' attribute on <citerefentry> to select which 
of the CGI manual page collections to use.  Currently supports XFree86,
NetBSD, and FreeBSD Port man pages.

ea1af70d8c Fix <citerefentry> definition to support 'vendor' attribute to select 
which of the CGI manual page collections to use.
Some changes have to be done in local freebsd.dsl, look at
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/share/sgml/freebsd.dsl.diff?r1=1.14&r2=1.15

7151b0853b Complete restructure of the Storage chapter. Move the disk sections around

659d6a9e7b Change /myco.com/example.com/ since the latter is reserved exactly for 
this type of thing, instead of rolling our own example domainnames as
in rev 1.53 of this file.

0f59196770 Add a link from the "Supported Hardware" section of the handbook to
