2c04b55a06 o Add new translations and enable them in book.sgml: 
(new) -> 1.5	boot/chapter.sgml
	(new) -> 1.1	users/chapter.sgml

    Note: Remove FreeBSD's bootstrap section from
	  internals/chapter.sgml.

o Merge the following from the English version:

	1.5 -> 1.8	chapters.ent
