a0393952c5 Unbreak the formatting bugs introduced by tidy(1); namely, it wrapped 
the `$FreeBSD: ...' line into multiple lines, preventing it from being

306a6e9444 o Change the title generation to include the month/year of the 
status report.
o As discussed with Nik Clayton, introduce a new `cvs' namespace,
  mark up $FreeBSD$ with it in the documents, and get that value
  for the `Last modified' bits in the standard footer.

238df44f76 Convert the monthly status reports into an XML schema and include an 
XSLT sheet for FreeBSD Web site output.  No repo copies made because
there was no history to preserve.

95b432f7f7 We clearly didn't release on September 8th. I think that September 
15th is a reasonable estimate, and it happens to be the date that
several people were pushing for weeks ago.
