ff708993b6 Remove references to first person pronouns ("I", "me", "my", etc.): 
all they do is serve to confuse the reader (who is this "I"?).
Questions and clearly attributed answers (e.g., quotes from postings)
were left alone.

1949bb09e0 Did you know that we don't talk about packages anywhere in the Handbook?

046186d81c Introduce Chapter 8 of the "FreeBSD Corporate Networker's Guide" by Ted 
Mittelstaedt to the repo.  Permission to include this has been given by
Addison Wesley (specifically, Chanda Leary-Coutu <Chanda.Leary-Coutu@awl.com>).
DocBook markup by me (as was the ASCII art, I hope all of you readers not
using a graphical terminal appreciate it).
