Johann Kois 7f1d28ac05 MFde: Start to bring the German version of the dfp-primer to 2015: 
- add new chapters/remove 1 unused chapter/rename 1 chapter
- fix Makefile
- link to english versions if a german version does not exist yet.
- Update multiple chapters so that the fdp-primer can be built.

More updates will follow.
